1) You testify that you are over the age of 13 years old and not a predator or anyone else with ill intent intended.
2) You testify that if you are a parent creating an account for your children's stories, that you will be reading this site WITH THEM at ALL TIMES, and WILL be helping them post the content, by posting together! Copra rules might require Parents doing the actual typing. I won't effectively be able to tell who posted what. Honor method applies here.
3) You testify that you will NOT PM other members. (A Forum was created for this purpose.)
4) You testify that you will NOT post inappropriate, hurtful, or other rude comments, including Vulgar language (Adult site can contain some language), or anything else that violates our Rules, posted on this site under the title of Submission Rules.
5) You testify that you are NOT a predator and will NOT stalk, harass, or otherwise violate any Federal, State or Criminal law.
6) You testify that you will NEVER post fan fiction by certain authors, including Anne Rice, and others. (See Submission Rules upon joining. Then, if you do not agree, you can always delete your account, or have me delete it for you.) These authors are AGAINST fan fiction, period! Don't agree? Email them! I can NOT change their minds.
7) You testify that you will NEVER make money directly nor indirectly from the posting of Fan fiction and that you do NOT intend to infringe on anyone else copyrights, and that you are not and will not Plagerize.
8) You testify that you will NEVER post discriminating, or hate material of any kind.
9) You testify that you will NOT be offended by someone elses bad spelling, grammar. I am allowing bad spelling and bad grammar because I refuse to discriminate against any because of their abilities or inabilities. This is a welcoming community for ALL people - including Dyslexics and those with various Learning Disabilities.
10) You testify that you will NOT be offended by someone commenting to you in a Foreign Language. I will TRY to translate ALL Foreign Language posted about your story, ASAP and as accurately as is possible, given my command or lack of command of the given language posted in. IF you post a LINK to the comment in the forum, under TRANSLATE, I will find it faster. (Forum will have option BELOW the NEWS Category.)
11) You testify that you will NOT post comments, stories, etc. in ANY language that is violates these terms.
12) You testify that you will HONOR all works found on this site and NOT make money off of anything that is NOT of your own work.
I reserve the right to change this tos at anytime for any reason whatsoever, including to correct ommisions and/or to honor any past, current or future laws that are brought to my attention.
